Slots Don offers its services “as is” and complies with all applicable gaming laws in the Netherlands. We strive for accuracy, security, and fairness, but we can’t promise that everything will go smoothly or without interruptions all the time.
As far as the law will allow:
- Slots Don is not responsible for any losses that may occur as a consequence of player error, bad internet connection, device malfunction, or misuse of login information.
- Incorrect information published owing to human error, technical flaws, or delayed updates does not absolve the company of any responsibility for damages that may result from reliance on such information.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed opportunities, interruptions to business operations, or emotional anguish, are not accepted by Slots Don as a form of liability.
- Compensation, if proven liable, will not surpass the player’s total deposits in the three months preceding the claim-raising event.
- In accordance with Dutch law, nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Slots Don’s liability for death or personal damage caused by fraud, negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
8.2 Who Is Liable When They Lose?
The players are aware that there is a financial risk associated with gambling. Nothing is certain, and losses are always a possibility. Every participant fully accepts the consequences of their gambling choices and releases Slots Don from any liability for losses that occur as a normal consequence of betting.
8.3 Affirmative Defense
In the event that Slots Don, its directors, employees, or partners are sued or incur any kind of financial loss as a result of:
- Disregard for these Terms on the part of the player.
- Violation of any laws that may be applicable or misuse of the platform.
- Any dishonest or willful attempt to influence the outcome of a game or promotion.
8.4 The Approval Process
Slots Don is devoted to promptly and equitably addressing player concerns.
The first step for players is to get in touch with customer service by email or live chat and explain the problem in detail.
As part of our internal review process, we promise to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and look into them thoroughly. In most cases, you may expect a reply within 10 working days.
If the player is still unhappy with the outcome, they have the option to take their complaint to the next level and involve the Compliance Team.
In order to meet our regulatory requirements, we shall maintain records of any complaints.
8.5 Third-Party Conflict Settlement
The complaint may be forwarded to a neutral dispute resolution entity approved by the Dutch government if internal processes fail to settle the issue. Except in cases where additional legal action is allowed by law, the decision of the arbitration body is final and binding.
8.6 Authority and Law Governing
The Dutch legal system shall control these Terms. Unless otherwise mandated by consumer protection law in the player’s place of residence, any dispute that may arise from them will be exclusively heard by the courts in the Netherlands.
8.7 Other Means of Resolving Disputes
Players at Slots Don may also be able to use the EU’s online dispute resolution channels. Users are able to lodge grievances electronically and pursue mediation using these channels, sidestepping the need for official court processes.
8.8 Dispute-Related Account Suspension
Until a final decision is reached, Slots Don may temporarily block access to disputed monies or promotional advantages while a complaint or dispute is being reviewed. The equitable resolution of contentious issues is guaranteed by this measure.

9. Termination and Suspension of Account
9.1 Reasons for Revocation or Cancellation
When Slots Don deems it necessary, they may terminate or suspend a player’s account:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Inaccurate or incomplete identification documents submitted.
- Doubtful or illegal activity, including possible fraud or money laundering.
- Taking advantage of promos, bonuses, or technological weaknesses
- Working together with other players or using automated technologies to manipulate gaming is not allowed.
- Interactions with staff or other players that are aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate.
In cases when it is feasible, the player shall be informed of the rationale behind the closure or suspension. Nevertheless, Slots Don might be bound by law to withhold information in instances involving fraud or regulatory mandates.
9.2 Provisional Revocation
While investigations are underway, accounts may be temporarily suspended. While not in use:
- No money can be deposited or taken out by the gamer.
- You might not be able to access some games or promotions.
- You can still reach out to customer service.
We will reinstate the account and release any monies that were withheld if the investigations reveal no wrongdoing.
9.3 Slots Are Permanently Closed If
Slots Don retains the right to permanently terminate the account in the event of severe or recurring violations. If any leftover funds are found to be associated with fraudulent activities, they might be confiscated. In every other case, the rightful owner will get their money back through the proper channel.
9.4 Closure by the Player
Any time a player contacts customer service, they can ask to have their account closed. Just before closing:
- We need to handle all of the outstanding withdrawals.
- You risk losing any earnings you may have accrued from active bonuses.
- Reward points and other non-monetary benefits will be eliminated.
9.5 Refraining from Gambling and Being Responsible
To help promote ethical gaming, Slots Don offers resources such as:
- Players have the option to self-exclude from their accounts, either temporarily or permanently.
- There are many deposit limits that players can establish, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
- You can choose a maximum amount of time that a session can last.

Any updates will be communicated to players through the platform, email, or any other means of contact. If you continue to use the platform after the changes are implemented, it means that you agree to the amended Terms.
10.2 Total Consensus
Slots Don and its players have come to an entire understanding through these Terms and any other policies or restrictions for promotions. The provisions mentioned herein shall take precedence over any informal or verbal discussions.
10.3 The Enduring Power
The remaining sections of these Terms shall remain fully enforceable and lawful in the event that any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction.
10.4 Task
Neither the rights nor the responsibilities of the player hereunder may be assigned or transferred to any third party. As long as player rights are not negatively impacted, Slots Don is free to assign or transfer its rights and duties to another licensed operator.
10.5 Erasure
Slots Don’s inability to enforce any term of these terms now does not mean that it will be unable to do so in the future.
10.6 Law that Controls
The laws of the Netherlands will govern these Terms, and if a dispute arises, the player’s home country’s consumer legislation will take precedence over the courts in the Netherlands.
